Bailey's is seeking a skilled, responsible and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to help support our busy team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is willing to assist with a variety of accounting and storage coordination tasks.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage revenue entry with ability to organize data within both paper and electronic file systems.
    • Accurate Client Invoicing with Revenue Assurance.
    • Ability to understand multi-faceted business lines and rate schedules to ensure accuracy in Billing.
    • Analyze account balances to include reconciliation.
    • Communicate with customers, colleagues and other agents regarding balances and details of invoicing, revenue, and payments.
    • Assist with Collections to ensure customer balances are paid in a timely manner.
    • Research to ensure Receivables are accurate.
    • Crosstrain with teammates to backup other accounting or billing functions as needed.
      KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

      • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office.
      • Math skills with the ability to analyze revenue in multiple systems.
      • Strong problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
      • Maintain confidentiality with the highest level of integrity.
      • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work well under deadlines while maintaining high quality work and professionalism.
      • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all level
        EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

        • Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles with an attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
          • BA in Business or Accounting (preferred).
            Job Type: Full-time

            Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

            In Office: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
