Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this position's primary responsibilities will include compiling, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting banking, operational, and financial data within various systems.
Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions • Review, analyze, and maintain all daily banking activity for both corporate and property transactions. • Assist treasury and properties with all bank account reconciliations. • Assist with bank account maintenance and banking systems account maintenance. • Assist with all utility payment-related weekly journal entries. • Assist in weekly/monthly journal entries. • Support Shared Services accountants while learning their responsibilities and acting as the primary backup. • Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear and precise data analysis. • Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program. • Practice safe work habits. • Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications: Position Requirements • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. • 1-2 years of previous experience in treasury, accounting, or finance. • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills with Excel.
