As Director of Commercial Finance of our London Unit, you will play a crucial role in shaping the commercial and financial strategy of our operations. Your expertise will be key in driving the financial performance and commercial success of our unit. This role demands a blend of strategic acumen and operational excellence, ensuring we meet our ambitious growth targets while maintaining financial health and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust financial strategies that enhance profitability and support sustainable growth, with a strong emphasis on commercial aspects.
  • Lead financial operations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Drive commercial strategy and analysis, turning financial insights into actionable business plans.
  • Foster close collaboration with other departments to align financial strategy with broader business goals, enhancing overall unit performance.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team, cultivating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership role, with a strong track record in commercial finance and strategic planning.
  • Deep understanding of IFRS and experience in managing financial operations within a complex, international business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
