Role: Credit Controller (OTC)

12 month FTC - potential to go permanent


Central London

Hybrid Working: 2 days a week in the office

Cedar are supporting an entertainment company based in Central London with a transactional finance project that directly supports their shared service centre operating model. You will ensure the accounts receivable and credit and collection activities for the organisation are processed timely and accurately. You will support the development and execution of continuous process improvements to streamline the order-to-cash process.


  • Execute collection of assigned customer account portfolio
  • Minimise and resolve customer disputes
  • Ensure all payments are collected within the specified payment term
  • Evaluate customer accounts for any issues relating to reconciliation/settlements, ensuring aging balances are investigated and resolved
  • Process dispute/deduction adjustments and write-off balances
  • Provide support to the OTC Team as a whole to ensure full team coverage, including raising invoices and credit notes, allocating cash and creating adjustments

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Good Excel skills (VLOOKups and Pivot Tables)
  • Knowledge of SAP and S/4HANA is desirable
  • Strong work-ethic and a self-starter who proactively seeks out new solutions
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects working well under pressure, as well as taking initiative
