The role
This is a key role within the Asset Strategy team, producing data analysis of repair trends, concerns for customers and helping to shape investment programmes of work.
You will be responsible for leading a Repairs Intervention Action Group and creating perpetuity models for forecasting future spend and trends.

The right fit

Strong Microsoft Excel skills to pull together a range of datasets and produce the associated analysis to influence our repairs and investment services.
You must have a data analytical approach is an essential part of this job role.
You will be a confident person who can influence decision-making, presenting findings to the Senior Management team, Asset Management department and other key stakeholders.
You will be required to deliver a wide range of projects that are created from your analysis and work across a wide range of teams.
It would be desirable if you have experience with data, and in Social Housing.
You must be confident presenting data and results.
