Responsibilities:

  • Processing stock & expense purchase invoices
  • Dealing with stock / expense queries
  • Liaising with Stock Control and external Suppliers
  • Preparation of supplier payments
  • Cashbook updates and reconciliation
  • Administration of monthly payroll processing
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Administration of staff sickness records
  • Administration of staff holiday logs / attendance
  • Administration of monthly expenses
  • Other ad-hoc finance related tasks

Ideal Candidate:
  • A confident person with good communication skills.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Good knowledge of IT systems.
  • The ability to accurately process data
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in payroll or account administration beneficial

You may also have experience in:

Accountancy, Analytics, Purchase Order Processing, Expenses processing, Journal entry, Currency Exchanges, Cashbook Reconciliations, Banking, Payroll, Credit Control, Statutory Accounts, Auditing, Budgeting, Statement reconciliation, SAGE Accounting, Excel, MS Outlook, MS Office, Spreadsheets
