Our client is centralising their Administration teams due to mergers and acquisitions and are keen to bring a Paraplanning Team Leader to bring together people and processes. Role
First line leader to ensure excellent service is provided to both clients and Advisers Working environments run efficiently whilst also being a safe and motivational place to work Each office is visited in person weekly to spend time with the team members Ensure offices are staffed adequately Identify and manage development needs of individuals Manage individual performance Hold development reviews Coaching and training
