• Preparing daily reports and market screens to assist with monitoring the universe for potential investments.

• Preparing and presenting comprehensive memo-style investment memoranda and investment committee materials to assist with ongoing analysis of potential investment opportunities.

• Participating in portfolio company monitoring and post-closing events.

• Helping to screen / identify attractive opportunities for further due diligence, including direct company outreach via e-mail.

The individual will have demonstrated an ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with an ability to think broadly about the business, incorporating continual improvement of processes and procedures with a goal of excellence while focusing on accuracy and efficiency.

• Attending or recently graduated from a top-tier university, ideally in a quantitative area (e.g., finance, economics, engineering or accounting).

• 0-2 years of investment banking, leveraged finance, trading or credit experience at a bank, broker dealer or investment firm (internship experience included) will be viewed favourably.
