As a Business Centre Coordinator, you will spearhead the overall management of our cutting-edge workspaces, ensuring a culture of excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.   • Cultivate strong client relationships through effective account management.
  • Drive sales by tapping into diverse business opportunities for office space, virtual offices, coworking, and meeting rooms.
  • Showcase the spaces to potential clients through engaging centre tours.
  • Promote the business centre locally through strategic networking and generating referrals.
  • Proactively manage existing client needs, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Renew and expand client relationships, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Lead the monthly billing and invoicing process with a keen eye on debt management.
  • Utilise CRM effectively for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on occupancy, debt, and renewals.

Skills & Attributes:
  • Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation skills.
  • Passion for elevating customer service standards.
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
