As a Client Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial management of client accounts within the fast-paced and exciting world of commercial real estate. You will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders, contribute to financial analysis, and uphold the highest standards of financial integrity.Key


  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for clients, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure accurate and timely rent and service charge billing and collection.
  • Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial expertise to support decision-making.
  • Liaise with clients and external auditors, facilitating smooth audit processes and responding to queries.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that impact client accounting practices.
