An opportunity has arisen to join our Finance department based within our office in The Mailbox, Birmingham. Reporting to the Head of Billing & Order Management, we are recruiting for an experienced Invoicing Team Leader. To ensure that the Billing operation is able to operate efficiently, effectively and deliver on key strategic goals and targets

  • Manage the billing activities for a team of billing administrators, to include the resolution of customer disputes adhering to company procedures and customer requirements
  • Management and allocation of work across your team
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and motivate staff, and understand their development needs
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of accurate daily,monthly reporting and process documents
  • Prioritise resources to meet operational demands
  • Team Reporting

    • Proven experience in a Billing Team Leader role is essential
    • Good time management, organisation, and delegation skills; able to plan own and team workload to ensure deadlines are met
    • Resilient, hardworking, and determined to drive through change and improvement
    • Demonstrate a flexible approach and adaptable to a changing working environment
    • Demonstrate the ability to lead, prioritise and manage allocation of work
    • Demonstrate initiative and anticipates the needs of the organisation and therefore operates in a pro-active manner
    • Microsoft Skills - Excel, Powerpoint & Word
