We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day financial operations and contribute to the transformative growth of our Finance function. The Finance Manager will work collaboratively with Central Services, P2P Finance Business Partner, Financial Control, and other key stakeholders to support the achievement of the Groups ambitious objectives. The successful candidate will be passionate about driving better financial results through insightful data analysis and will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial performance.Key
Skills and Experience:
- Support Finance Business Partner in analysing forward-looking, large-scale, and high-impact investment decisions, assessing performance through KPIs.
- Assist in the production of business cases for high-level spending, evaluating risks and benefits associated with projects.
- Enhance the monthly presentational reporting of regular financial information for senior management to improve understanding of business and operational team performance.
- Contribute to the annual budget process and monthly/yearly forecasting through analysis of historical financial data and future pipeline information.
- Manage company expense and travel claims, overseeing the production of Group reporting.
- Conduct detailed analysis of overheads by cost type for Central Services Function Heads.
- Work collaboratively with Finance Business Partners to enhance detailed analysis of International overheads as part of the Global Operating Model.
- Collaborate with other parts of the Finance team to review and assess financial reports, gaining a deep understanding of divisional performance.
- Actively participate in review meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), preferably with international company experience.
- Demonstrable experience building strong and robust relationships within a team.
- Strong communication skills to present and convey data analysis results.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail with a focus on the quality of work.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound commercial awareness with the ability to apply common sense to business decision-making.
