The UK team

TradingView is a leading player in the market data industry, known for its robust growth and dynamic market presence. As we continue to expand at a double-digit rate, we are transitioning into a new stage of maturity and complexity. To support this pivotal phase, we are seeking an experienced Finance Director based in our HQ in London who will play a crucial role in steering our financial strategies and operations.



  • Lead the finance department, ensuring efficient financial operations and adherence to best practices in financial management.
  • Work directly with the CEO and provide comprehensive support to the Board of Directors, contributing to high-level strategic discussions and decision-making.
  • Oversee the end-to-end financial processes, including period closes, internal audits, and maintaining rigorous processes and procedures.
  • Conduct and facilitate financial audits, working closely with external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage financial consolidation and standardisation for our group of companies, including intercompany invoicing and transfer pricing.
  • Expertise in international corporate and sales tax matters, ensuring compliance in all jurisdictions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiations to optimize costs and services.
  • Thrive in a data-driven environment, leveraging analytics to drive financial performance and organizational growth.

  • Proven experience in a senior financial role in a Big-4 firm or a FD / CFO or similar, in a medium to large business.
  • A strong background in tech and high-growth businesses, with an ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and doing more with less.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting and executing financial audits from the company side.
  • Capital markets experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor relationships.
  • Adept at financial analysis and possessing a strategic mindset.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in international corporate and sales tax.
  • Advanced skills in financial consolidation and managing the finances of a group of companies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
