One Finance Academy Support - Apprentices

Please note this is a 2 year apprenticeship, where there is a require to work 4 days a week complimented by 1 day of study per week

Our scope is very broad, it is part of an ambitious Change Management approach within the 'One Finance Experience' team of Sanofi. Who are we?

We work in a transversal international team (USA, UK, Hungary, France...), supporting all functions reporting to the CFO of Sanofi (about 4500 people worldwide, in Finance, Procurement, Employee Services, etc.).


The purpose of this role is to support management of the pull through activities of the One Finance Experience to transform finance development capability skillsets in alignment with our roadmap 2021-2025.

This transversal role will work in close collaboration with and under the supervision of the One Finance Academy Manager to help deliver the people development initiatives following the 70/20/10 Sanofi Development Framework.


Support the One Finance Academy activities
  • Support the roll out of the Competency Survey
  • Manage the content and the list of the authorized requestors in Sanofi Learning Hub and iLearn
  • Support the One Finance training content owner network to design new learning paths when needed
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the learning activities via the surveys and by analyzing the Sanofi Learning Hub reports
  • Maintain the One Finance Academy SharePoint
  • Maintain and update the learning framework following the review of the capabilities and as new trainings arise
  • Support preparation of communication materials on the One Finance Academy activities and initiatives and work with the Communications Lead on publication them via different channels, including but not limited to Yammer, Sanofi Learning Hub, One Finance Buzz page, etc.
  • Manage the One Finance Academy calendar of events coordinating them with the subject matter experts

Support the One Finance development programs to make development part of One Finance everyday life
  • Support the delivery of the development pull through strategies working under the supervision of the One Finance Academy Manager
  • Manage the People Development Programs logistics working with the Workstream leaders
  • Support the Career Path Mapping in partnership with global and local People & Culture

  • Education: University degree in HR, Communications, Project Management, Business or similarly related
  • Spoken languages: Very good level of English imperative (spoken, written)

  • Full command of English, to work with international teams
  • Ability to work in a team, to share ideas and to make a creative concept emulate, to respect a work plan
