CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Contract Support (Projects) to join the team based in London. Contract Support are primarily responsible for supporting Capital Project Managers (PMs) with completing the multitude of financial and administrative tasks required to ensure a project's success. They are essential to allowing a PMs focus to remain on the core delivery of keeping a project on time, on scope, and under budget.
Understand, anticipate, and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships.
Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility.
Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard. Examples of these are:
Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
Ensuring that Purchase orders are raised, and Invoices processed in a correct and timely manner.
Ensuring Projects are financially closed in a timely manner.
Keeping Financial reporting system (Tririga) up to date
Work closely with Finance & Fixed Asset teams to ensure timely updates of information.
Fixed Asset Register Support (disposals and transfers)
Global monthly Client reporting
Achieve results within quality & time restraints.
Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes and ensuring continuous improvement.
Actively participate in a diverse and effective team.
Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly. Involve people and influence decisions.
A good basic education is essential, with at least GCSE passes in Math's and English or equivalent. (Essential)
Higher educational qualifications to 'A' level/HNC/D or degree would be beneficial or equivalent. (Desirable)
3 years' experience in a similar role. (Desirable)
Previous experience of a customer-facing role using operating systems such as Oracle & Tririga. (Desirable)
Some financial / accounting experience would be an advantage.
Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.
Excellent verbal, and good basic standard of written, communication skills.
Self-motivated and systematic.
Results/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
