Account Manager - Central London hybrid working - Up to £42K

This independent creative agency specialises in using digital and physical brand experience to change consumer behaviour, with a commitment to minimising environmental impact. They’re looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and supporting long-term client relationships.

This Account Manager will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal terms to ensure the timely, smooth running and successful delivery of solutions according to client’s needs. This is a full-time permanent position in the Client Services Team. The Account Manager will report to the Account Director.

The responsibilities of the Account Manger are:

Support the management of a portfolio of accounts.

Providing support to your wider team whilst also being self-motivated and pro-active in leading on assigned tasks.

Attending internal project and team catch ups, as well regular client meetings, confidently delivering presentations and updates with a good appreciation of both the technical and creative delivery.

Effectively communicating with the client outside of face-to-face meetings, on project updates when needed. Possess the ability to seamlessly distil intricate technical details into easily comprehensible solutions.

Working closely with the Project Management team to manage work. Writing accurate project briefs and liaising with the Creative and Development teams regarding delivery.

Analysing, interpreting, and presenting results of agency’s solutions in line with client KPIs and objectives.

Assisting the Account Director with client relationships to cultivate long-lasting relationships, identifying opportunities for growth within existing client accounts, and presenting/positioning new ideas to clients on an on-going basis

The requirements of this Account Manager are:

2-3 Years Digital Agency experience. Which should include both project management exposure and Client Facing Experience

A desire to learn and be proactive. Be able to run Client meetings with insight, humour and flair whilst allowing others in your team to lead and add value. You should contribute with value to attended calls and be confident to share your opinions. Possess strong written and verbal communications skills

A professional and confident approach and be able to communicate across all levels of the business. You will be a team player and will actively work to build a culture of positivity

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrate exceptional time management and organisational skills
