Customer Service, Client Services, Account Manager

A highly successful, global publishing company based in Enfield are looking for a personable Customer Account Manager to joint their Customers Services team. Offering hybrid working, this organisation really prides them self on offering a supportive, collaborative working environment as well as long term career progression.

As the Account Manager you will be managing a portfolio of customer accounts; responding to queries and ensuring they have a great customer experience. You will deliver an outstanding customer service resoling all issues quickly and effectively; securing customer loyalty and engagement. You will work to reassure customers, educate and train them in best practice as well as taking responsibility for account retention within the remit of the role.

This Customer Account Manager role would suit a strong problem solver that has got previous experience in a customer service or client facing role. Most of this role is email based so outstanding written communications skills is key. You will be personable, professional and understand the customer first mentality. Strong MS Office skills are essential.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £28,000 plus benefits.
