You'll be responsible for managing and developing your portfolio of commercial clients within the local area. Join a friendly, sociable and supportive team who pride themselves on being able to offer a market leading banking services to local businesses.

We're looking for a self-motivated person with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. Experience within banking would be an advantage, including an understanding of company financials, tax, accounts and business operations. Most importantly, you should be an excellent communicator, able to confidently build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders within businesses across the local area.

As a Commercial Banking Account Manager you will:
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and development of your portfolio of commercial customers
  • Be a brand ambassador, communicating values, culture and product offerings confidently and succinctly
  • Interpret financial information, evaluate lending propositions and complete annual reviews including credit applications
  • Develop a sound understanding of the local business market and overall financial industry
  • Maintain strong relationships with your customers and with professional contacts
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained
  • Maintain customer files, ensuring data is inputted correctly and all regulations are followed
  • Carry out meetings with current and prospective customers

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm earning a very competitive salary with excellent benefits:
