Your Role: As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Dive into a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing accounts payable and receivable records to communicating with suppliers and customers. Your knack for numbers, analytical thinking, and organisational skills will be key assets in this role.



  • Create and maintain supplier accounts, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date records..
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and accounting documents, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Engage with suppliers addressing inquiries regarding accounts and payments.
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with various tasks
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and support strategic business decisions.
  • Conduct supplier statement reconciliation and assist with managing the accounts payable inbox.
  • Embrace any other ad-hoc duties that contribute to the success of our Finance team.

  • Proven work experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • A passion for sustainability and social responsibility.
