What you will do in your working day
  • To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Assist and cover credit control
  • Bookkeeping tasks
  • Processing daily banking
  • Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable and receivable
  • Processing National Accounts invoices and dealing with queries and correspondence
  • Entering Stock and Non-Stock invoices into NAV for payment in numerous currencies
  • Chasing invoice approvals within the business
  • Maintaining the administration for company vehicles
  • Posting debit and credit card transactions, chasing invoices and receipts
  • Handling customer queries and disoutes via telephone, e-mail and post
  • Finance and Admin work for the shops as required
  • Providing support to the finance team as needed
  • Ad-hoc duties to suppoort the business
