What will you do?
Taking the lead on all things RevOps, you'll be immersed in our business, finding opportunities for delivering real insights to help commercial teams to deliver on their ambitious growth targets. Bringing a clear Lead to Cash journey, you'll provide our clients, our sales and accounts teams and business leaders with transparent data-backed insights: a real analysis of our performance, our products and how to improve for future success.
You'll be forming a brand new team, and together you'll equip commercial teams with the knowledge, materials, skills and processes to optimise their daily work and ensure they have even bigger wins. You'll provide resources for sales training and coaching, implementing enablement processes to perfect the deal cycle, as well as impacting pricing policies with market and competitor analysis. Your team will impact the entire business culture, embedding a commercial mindset in each of us.
A Salesforce champion, you'll support the business to become consistent CRM users. You'll provide metrics and analysis, using data for revenue planning, forecasting, and providing commercial managers with the insights they need to get the most out of every step of our refined processes. Alongside procurement and tech teams, you'll optimise our tech stack to make sure we're using the most efficient tools to meet our goals.
In your new commercial enablement role you'll shape and define your new team, business wide strategy and have opportunities to visit our offices around the globe. Working alongside our new Chief Growth Officer, Louise, you'll be part of a vibrant Marketing team and spearheading an exciting transformation programme for Third Bridge!
What will you bring?
You're a hands-on leader who navigates from strategy to operational action and brings everyone on the journey! Your background in RevOps allows you to pull data and information from CRMs, ideally SalesForce, and uses this analysis to enable teams to improve across the sales and account management lifecycles. Your knowledge of the investment community and financial or information solutions will allow you to step into Third Bridge and quickly add value.
You bring both analytical skills and great communication: using data backed insights to influence key business players, and quickly build positive working relationships. You're a trusted advisor who leads by example, often seen rolling up your sleeves and getting actions done as much as stepping back and having a bigger-picture view. You have the ability to diagnose issues, anticipate those that haven't arisen yet, and use research and market data to influence future decisions too. Spinning all the plates, your organised project management style will allow you to tackle multiple areas at once.
