Do you have Real Estate/Asset Management finance experience, and are you seeking a new remote job? Siemens Healthineers is looking for a full-time Location and Asset Management BA, and the remote role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

As a Location and Asset Management BA, you will act as a financial expert and interface to internal partners regarding all asset management topics (e.g., business principles, lease in/out), building operations (maintenance, FM/FS), space management (space efficiency, workplace concepts) and real estate costs within the EMEA region.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
  • Act as a Controller/financial partner for the Real Estate location management organisation to establish and drive attainment of P&L and asset targets
  • Ensure timely cost and revenue recognition, in line with IFRS16 requirements for the defined Region within the EMEA portfolio
  • Create monthly transparency on regional location performance and target achievement through comprehensive reporting and analysis of results
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support and drive business decision making and projects
  • Evaluate business cases and facilitate the Investment Application process.

To apply for this Asset Manager role, you will need the following:
  • Successful completion of economics or business administration university studies with significant finance/business administration experience
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies and risk management
  • Proven experience as an Asset Manager or experience in a similar role in the financial services industry
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to manage complexities and form solutions
  • Goals and results driven with a passion for digitalisation in finance (PowerBI Experience is an advantage)
