With a proven track record, our client has developed a burgeoning portfolio in both the residential and commercial property sectors. Thanks to their recent outstanding achievements, they are actively seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their steadily expanding team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for personal and professional development.

Key Duties:
  • Processing all AP invoices, payments and intercompany billings
  • Act as first point of contact for all AP queries internal and external
  • Administration of the accounts inbox(s)
  • Reconciling bank transactions and statements
  • Assist with month-end activities
  • Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items
  • Reviewing and processing employee expense claims
  • Reviewing and processing employee credit cards and prepaid cards
  • Provide support to wider Finance team
  • Communicating with colleagues or third parties as necessary, by email or by phone
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects

  • Proven work experience in an Accounts Payable role, working with a high volume of transactions
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • NetSuite Experience desired
  • Happy to work in the office 5 days a week
