SUMMARY: Assisting with a variety of finance tasks, working/communicating effectively within a close-knit team to service one of the company's main clients. Based in their Head Office, you will be surrounded by a wealth of knowledge within the Accountning/Finance Sector, working within a diverse and dynamic organization. This role will teach you valuable skills that you can put into practice 'on the job'. 'Study time' will also be incorporated, where you will have the chance to complete all coursework, with the support you need.
LOCATION: Waltham Cross Office
HOURS / DAYS (per week): 37.5 hours per week, 9.00 to 5.30pm (one ‘Study Day’ included - to be discussed further)
SALARY RANGE: £11,000 to £15,000(per annum)
NOTICE & PROBATION PERIODS: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION: (this role includes but is not limited to)
Monitoring the main inbox, allocating emails
Monthly batch sales invoicing
Credit control for care home fees
Mail merge for fee letter reviews sent to residents
Ah hoc reporting from Sage and Microsoft Excel for care home managers and senior staff.
Liasing with families, care home staff, councils and CCGs to resolve payment and funding queries.
Processing admissions and transfers in the care homes and updating the system
High volume of data entry due to be replaced with a new software
Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, attention to detail, organised and motivated.
Have dealt with high volumes of invoices
Be able to prioritise their workload and work to strict deadlines.
Be confident with speaking to the public and councils.
Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Have experience of Sage Line 50
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
