* Cash book in multiple currencies * Processing purchase ledger * Processing weekly BACS run to suppliers. * Processing international payments * Managing multiple bank accounts in multiple currencies * Producing weekly/month end balances and reports * Credit control * VAT returns * Dealing with factoring company and balancing the ledger * Sagepay and Paypal approvals * Raising Customer Credit notes and refunds. * Agents commission payments * Checking expenses * Processing monthly payroll / inland revenue reporting * General Office Duties including customer calls
- Strong Excel skills - AAT Qualified or equivalent industry experience - Sage line 50 and Sage Payroll - Flexibility with bespoke software and good IT skills - Good telephone manner
