Ardeta Search is thrilled to be partnering with an innovative technology-focused group in the search for a dynamic FP&A Accountant. This role will play a pivotal part in the company's global corporate FP&A reporting function amid significant expansion. We seek an ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The business is looking for someone who will join an experienced and highly competent team so a brilliant environment for development & progression.

The role:
  • Analyse global business drivers, providing actionable insights.
  • Generate key business driver reports globally, collaborating across geographies and teams.
  • Design, build, and maintain reporting models using finance systems.
  • Collaborate with global reporting teams to address business queries and resolve reporting issues.
  • Lead system enhancements, working with the finance system team and IT to implement new metrics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting efficiency within the finance organization.

  • ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified, Active Studier, or qualified by experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with superior technical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Essential exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration in a diverse team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

On Offer:

  • Salary:
    Circa £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Experience).
  • Consideration for candidates on either side of this range based on experience.
