HFG are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our clients dynamic Finance team in a split role between FP&A and Lloyd's reporting. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will play an integral role in driving the business forward by providing insightful financial analysis and ensuring accurate and timely Lloyd's reporting.
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly FP&A reports, including analysis of budget vs actuals, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision making
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare annual budgets and ongoing forecasting updates
- Manage the Lloyd's reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all required reports
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, including underwriting and claims teams
- Support the Finance team in ad hoc projects and analysis as required
- Degree in Finance or Accounting (or related field)
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in FP&A and Lloyd's reporting roles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (including financial modelling) and PowerPoint
