HR Analyst (Finance)

* Permanent
* Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the London office
* Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus

I am working with a luxury retail brand who are looking for a finance analyst to join the team on a permanent basis to support with data analytics around cost, budget, commission and finance data. The role offers lots of progression and development opportunities across the team and various brands which fall under the group.

About the role:

* Take the lead on HR budgets for specific brands within the group.
* Working closely with payroll teams to look at and analyse staffing costs.
* Track HR budgets regularly and advise on costing forecasts.
* Assist with producing reports on HR metrics.
* Gathering and analysing monthly commission data and support on projects such as, commission scheme updates.

About the candidate:

* Highly analytical with excellent excel skills.
* Prior experience working with financial data and providing insights and recommendations.
* Very data driven with past experience working with large data sets.
* Previous experience working in a similar industry would be advantageous.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
