This person would be responsible for overseeing a team of administrators carrying out a wide variety of BAU Projects and scheme events. You would be a point of reference on technical issues and project related queries, coaching and mentoring colleagues within your team. You would also work alongside the Administration Manager to maximise operational efficiency, be the principle contact with the client or relevant admin team, maintaining and developing working relationships. They are looking for someone with a strong background in DB administration and at least some experience with projects and people management whether that be at the Senior Administrator level or already a Team Leader.
This role would be hybrid, twice per week to their office in Leeds. Offering a very competitive basic salary plus 10% bonus and their strong benefits package on top. Further details can be disclosed upon enquiry.
