What you'll be doing...

We are seeking a strong Finance lead with significant Workday Financials experience together with a transformation management background to join our global Finance team. This role will be part of the Finance Leadership team and work closely with our CFO in delivering the necessary transformation projects required within the function. The candidate will have experience in managing change, engaging teams across countries and project management, as well as Finance systems specifically Workday.

To be successful you'll bring...
  • Direct hands-on experience of Workday Financials is a must, experience of other finance systems will be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with financial control, AP, and reporting (FP&A) functions
  • Experience of Property Management Systems such as Yardi or MRI as well as integration of Treasury Management Systems e.g., Kyriba would be beneficial.
  • Workday Financials administrator experience
  • Excellent communication skills: able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead high performing and developing teams.
  • Strong project management skills with successful delivery to agreed timelines.
  • Experience of managing and coordinating with outsourced service providers
  • Excellent communication skills: able to sell the vision and challenge/influence stakeholders.
  • Experience formulating and documenting policies and procedures.
  • Finance or change-related certifications (e.g.) CIMA, ACCA, Prince2, Six Sigma
