Credit controller required for an exciting long term interim opportunity working for a well-established business based in Gloucester. You will be joining an existing credit function, with a large team and social work environment. You will be responsible for managing a ledger of approximately 500 live accounts, credit checking, raising invoices, reporting of aged debt, and managing stakeholder relationships. This role offers hybrid working options and an immediate start.

Your main duties include:
- Maintaining accurate records of correspondence with customers.
- Chasing for overdue payments.
- Opening new accounts.
- Reporting on aged debts.
- Managing stakeholder relationships
- Supporting with daily cash allocation

You will bring:
- A tenacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience working successfully with computerised accounting systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
