The successful candidate will join a team of three existing Client Experience Executives and will provide a 5* level of service to the corporate clients, their employees, the Relationship Managers and Partners they will be working with.

Working within the pension side of the employee benefits team, a key part of this role will be to liaise with the main points of contact at each client (usually HR teams) to organise the provision of meetings and presentations for their staff, and to prepare and process the pre and post meeting/presentation admin.

The successful candidate will be supporting up to three Partners and three Relationship Managers. It is likely that that each Partner and Relationship Manager will task the successful candidate with work items, so the ability to manage their own workload and the expectations of others will be extremely important.

The successful candidate will need to be able to adapt their level of involvement from one client to the next based upon the client’s status and be able to juggle multiple pieces of work at any one time.

Essential Requirements
  • Experience working within a Client Experience/Customer Service environment.
  • Experience/understanding of the Employee Benefits market.
  • Experience/understanding of Group Personal Pensions
  • Experience/understanding of Automatic Enrolment
  • Experience/understanding of Salary Sacrifice arrangements
  • Experience in Service Excellence
  • Outstanding organisation skills.
  • Ability to manage a large workload and prioritize accordingly.
  • Strong Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint skills
