A part time Accounts Assistant is required for this leading construction company.
Printing of invoices from the Invoices email inbox Posting of invoices onto the company IT system (Pegasus CIS) Attaching of delivery notes to the invoices Checking & matching the invoices to the purchase order Chasing site managers for missing delivery notes Dealing with queries / discrepancies on the invoices and purchase orders Communicating with suppliers Reconciliation of supplier accounts Filing Provide assistance to fellow team members when required
Providing assistance to the accounts manager in updating spreadsheets as follows: Fuel purchases analysis Telephone bills Lease car analysis Credit card posting
This role is part time working 25 hours a week - 5 hours a day (flexible start and finish times)
To be suitable for this role you will have previous experience in a similar role and have excellent IT skills.
