We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client based in Stowe, Buckinghamshire.Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Purchase LedgerSummary of duties:
Chasing overdue payments
Handling Invoice queries
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Petty cash reconciliation
Opening sales & supplier accounts, checking references and setting credit limits
Processing invoices and other financial documents
Assist in preparation of financial reports for audit purposesGeneral Responsibility
Insurance Maintenance on MID.
DVLA Taxing of plant & vehicles
Maintain accounts systems and processes.
Maintaining and updated weekly financial reports.
Provide general administrative support to the Company Secretary.Essential Skills:
Proficient in using Opera or Syrinx accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel)
Experience in month-end procedures and accounting transactions
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryBenefits:
