We currently have a part time vacancy in the Accounts Department

The hours of work are negotiable from 20 to 25 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am to 2pm.

Hourly rate of Pay - £13.50 per hour.

The position is suited to a candidate whose background has experiences in both sales and purchase ledger within a busy office environment. The role comprises of administrative duties requiring an indepth knowledge of Sage Line 50 along with Sage Payroll. Training for Additional Transport software packages will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of aspects within the business including:

Accounting Duties:

Collating information in preparation for producing Invoices

SupplierInvoice processing

Updating accounts/systems

Data Analysis

Invoice queries, credit notes, proforma invoicing, statements, credit card & petty cash reconciliation

Customer and Supplier queries

Administrative duties

Essential Required Skills :

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience using Excel and Sage accounts systems as well as good general computer literacy

Good written presentation skills.

Organised and efficient with ability to work under pressure, work to deadlines and prioritise.

Previous experience in a varied accounts role

Minimum of 2 years experience in similar traceable roles
