Payroll Specialist

£42,000-£45,000 DOE

Permanent Role - Onsite in Weybridge (1 WFH Day Per Week)

Pyramid Recruitment are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client's dynamic HR team. This role involves administering monthly payrolls for the UK and Ireland, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with proven payroll coordination experience.



Responsibilities:


* Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including starters, leavers, and amendments.

* Manage overtime, holiday, and sickness records for payroll.

* Enrol eligible employees onto the company pension scheme and manage scheme payments.

* Collaborate with outsourced payroll providers in the UK and Ireland.

* Address staff payroll queries and support Finance and auditors as needed.

* Assist in annual P11D reporting.

Requirements:

* Proven payroll coordination experience, including end-to-end processing.

* Experience with salary sacrifice schemes.

* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

* ADP system proficiency.

* High sensitivity to confidential information.

* Ability to manage workload in a fast-changing environment.

* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

* Experience in finance or HR roles.
