Our client is a growing fund services operation with a newly created requirement for a Client Services Coordinator with a background in the investment funds industry. With proven operational experience in investment fund administration, you will already have worked in a client facing role and be used to servicing investment management companies.
Acting as a point of contact for management company clients, handling change requests and service issues Handling change events, including client and fund onboarding Working closely between clients and the internal business to ensure a high quality of service Building strong relationships with clients and other external stakeholders Being a key part of process review and enhancement
An excellent opportunity for a fund administration specialist working in a client service or project support role to develop in project/change management or client service management. This opportunity is provided on a remote basis, with business travel to London as and when required.
