We support fund managers, global companies, family offices and private clients operating worldwide.The role of Commercial Optimisation, Revenue Assurance & Analytics Manager is a dynamic and strategic leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance improvements and enhancing customer relationship management within the organization during a transitional period. This position requires a strong background in commercial strategy, CRM platforms, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
1. Commercial Optimization Develop and execute strategies to optimize commercial operations, including pricing, product offerings, and market positioning. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align commercial strategies with overall business goals. Oversee the implementation of data-driven initiatives to enhance commercial performance. 2. Revenue Assurance Ownership of the group global pricing tool and methodology Ownership of platform design, development and roadmap (where agreed with Head of Commercial Optimisation and CRM Solutions) Ownership of Global Pricing Governance, providing support to regional and cluster leadership to ensure appropriate price points and agreed margins are applied Responsible for universal platform adoption and ongoing approval audit Responsible for ensuring accountability in regions and clusters in relation to pricing, discounting and margin setting 3. Team Leadership Manage a team of professionals, setting clear goals, and providing direction. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture. Monitor the team's performance and provide coaching and feedback for development. 4. Data Analysis and Reporting Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial and CRM performance. Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. 5. Stakeholder and Client Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. Represent the organization in commercial and CRM-related discussions and negotiations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience in a leadership role focused on commercial strategy and CRM platforms. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management experience.
