We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for our client's Car Dealership based in the Exeter, Devon area.
Job Description• As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales and purchase ledger administration. • The processing of documentation in a timely manner. • Making payments to suppliers. • Resolving account queries. • Reconciliation of suppliers, insurer and work provider accounts. • General banking duties.
The Successful Applicant • Experience of using Sage accounting software, preferably including payroll. • Experience of working in a similar role. • Professional manner, confident and well organised. • Keen attention to detail. • Desirable - NVQ Level 3 in Accounts or an AAT qualification.
