Accounts /Credit Controller to £27,000 Pension and Health Benefits
The job involves the performance of accounts and credit control duties within a very successful organisation that is based in the Kinning Park area, not far from city centre and easily accessible by Subway.
The duties include managing and distributing information within the office and making credit control calls and email requests. The role also includes uploading paperwork and invoices onto the accounting system as well as working within a number of cloud based software systems and CRM systems.
The successful candidate will be fully trained on monitoring and recording expenditures. Duties will range from creating spreadsheets to reporting expenses to their office manager, as well as credit control calls. There will also be banking reconciliations and processing. As such, it will be essential to be knowledgeable in office bookkeeping software, Microsoft Excel and accounts package Xero (or relevant alternative). Any outbound calling experience will be an advantage.
The role will entail helping office members with documentation. Aside from storing, organising and managing files, the candidate may need to type and edit documents as and when required.
The job is varied and requires a candidate with organisational ability as well as great time keeping skills. There will be contact with customers so good interpersonal skills are a must.
