* Take ownership of balance sheet, ensuring all reconciliations are reviewed monthly and any discrepancies are quickly corrected * All Labour reporting. Working on payroll related projects, in particular with the implementation of a new payroll system in 2024 * Create logical work-flows to aid in compliance measures to adhere to policy and provide training to relevant stakeholders to minimise mis-coding and incorrect classification * Support with IFRS16 lease processing, modifications and reconciliations * Support with the Fixed Assets Management project. Reconciling legacy differences and ensuring the project agrees to the general ledger by year end in August * Inter-company reconciliations, and monthly balance-sheets. Journal inter-company transactions and working with Group on policy and agreements * Line management of 3 accountants, setting objectives and providing regular guidance and technical support * Heading up process improvement initiatives * Control the month end process, covering re the posting of journals. Review the P&L for and ensure that the GLs are in line * Development and preparation of a monthly Board pack * VAT reporting including the quarterly VAT return
