FP&A Manager Local Western Europe & IsraelKey member of the Local sub-segment FP&A team, providing support to the Local FP&A Director, the GWS segment FP&A team and the Western Europe & Israel FDs including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, delivering of month end reports, and value-add insight and analysis into the performance of the business from a P&L, Cashflow and Balance sheet perspective.
Responsibilities Own all Local Western Europe & Israel commentary and analysis, including quarter-end Corporate bridges, forecast and budget submissions; produce high quality, insightful and fully-supported commentary from pre-close flash through to corporate submissions; deliver on time and manage stakeholder expectations as and when necessary. Build strong and effective relationships within the Western Europe & Israel FD and Country FDs business finance community as well as with the wider Local FP&A team, US/Corporate and GWS FP&A teams. Challenge the business to ensure that all responses to Corporate and senior management queries are robust and fully supported and are commercially sound. Act as primary business partner to the Western Europe & Israel Division FD and Country FDs, proactively supporting them to challenge the business through insightful and accurate analysis, presented at the appropriate level of detail. Drive accurate forecasting and budgeting with detailed modelling, validation of assumptions and constructive challenge to Divisions/Countries. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reporting, planning and analysis; proactively drive the adoption of Power BI and other CBRE platform tools to improve efficiency and free resource to focus on value-add activities; proactively outsource non-value-add activities to the Strategic Business Centre (FP&A shared services team). Drive change and introduce reporting where there are known gaps, for example working capital and cash flow.
