Due to continued business demands, our client who are excellent providers of higher education have an exciting opportunity for 3 Purchase Ledger / Credit Control Assistant to join their, busy, fast passed Finance Team. You will be providing daily support to the Finance Manager:
Processing and volume invoices in an efficient, time effective manner Scanning invoices onto system, manually checking scan documents before approving Checking statements, bank reconciliations and purchase order number, liaising with internal and external departments in relation to any discrepancies Identifying invoice that are on the system but not fully processed Working across three interlinked systems General administration duties related to the role
We would expect the successful Purchase Ledger / Credit Control Assistant to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft office including Teams, Excel & Word, and have they ability to adapt to finance databases. Strong communication skills, and ability to prioritise workloads, and well within a busy environment, with an excellent eye for detail is essential within this role. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the organisations processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Finance Administration, Accounts Administration, Credit Control or an Accounts Assistant position.
You will be joining a Finance Team of an establishment who have been providing their outstanding educational services for nearly 150 years, and have an enviable reputation in their area of expertise, and the organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding services, and they are keen to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to do the same.
£13 per hour weekly paid Immediate start
