You’ll gain a wide range of experience through customer facing relationship management, Internal stakeholder engagement and you’ll develop your knowledge of our investment products, and the broader world of financial services.This role has the potential to progress into a Key Partnerships Team Lead. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with KP projects and strategic initiatives.The team:They Key Partnerships team is a smaller team of around twelve at varying experience levels, however it sits as part of the larger sales and customer team which is one hundred strong. You’ll also work closely with marketing, product, and our other business areas.This is a dynamic, sociable team who are passionate about the service they provide to our customers.What will you be doing?Customer Relationships - You’ll provide a personalised service to all our customers, networks, and platforms, and proactively speak with head office contacts to support on product launches and client updates. Excitingly, this role will give you exposure to our largest accounts.Events - As part of this role you’ll be attending events, virtual team meetings, roadshows, and key partnership functions. A critical part of this will be the coordination and deliver of our post event process.Stakeholder Engagement - Working closely with the Key Partnership Managers, you’ll be creating quarterly review packs and attending review meetings. Alongside this you’ll create and distribute the key partnership newsletter.Data and Reporting - You’ll be responsible for due diligence and data management on our financial advisers, networks, and third part providers. As part of this you’ll be using our CRM, and internal systems to make sure all information being sent externally is accurate and up to date. Ideally, you’ll have: Experience as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager or something similar within Financial Services. You think outside the box and try to improve process. An obsession for customer service. The ability to deliver complex or difficult messages in a simple way Tech savvy, experienced using CRMs and Excel. Bonus points if you’ve used Microsoft Dynamics.
