As a standalone HR Advisor, you will provide first line support and guidance to managers and employees, managing the full process of absence, disciplinary and grievances including minute taking and relevant correspondence. \r\n\r\n

Initial 6-month contract with strong potential to go permanent. This role offers Hybrid working with 1-2 days from home. Must have a driving license to travel between offices when required. \r\n\r\n

HR Advisor


    \r\n\tOverseeing all compliance and end to end recruitment processes including creating job adverts, managing the recruitment mailbox, screening and interviewing candidates to issuing contracts, RTW checks, inductions and exit interviews \r\n\tMaintaining the HRIS including collating information for the outsourced payroll provider on a weekly and monthly basis \r\n\tReview people metrics and produce monthly reports to present to the board \r\n\tProvide ongoing coaching and advice to management on people-related matters \r\n\tSupport managers and lead on ER case management including coordinating the meetings, taking minutes and sending outcome letters \r\n\tActing as a key contact for sickness, arranging absence review meetings \r\n\tSupporting line managers regarding requests on maternity, paternity, shared parental, and flexible working requests including arranging formal meetings \r\n\tResponsible for the implementation and review of all policies and procedures \r\n\tEnsures the completion of performance appraisals and performance management processes takes place \r\n\tKey liaison with Occupational Health for pre-employment, fit for work medicals ensuring invoices are processes and a paid \r\n\tParticipate in Quality audits \r\n \r\n\r\n

    HR Advisor Skills and attributes: \r\n\r\n
      \r\n\tCIPD Level 5 or working towards with experience of coaching managers. \r\n\tPrevious experience working as a HR Advisor level in a standalone role \r\n\tExcellent communication skills. \r\n\tUp to date knowledge of employment law. \r\n\tOrganised with a high level of attention to detail. \r\n\tAn initiative-taker, flexible and adaptive to changes of direction. \r\n\tA driving licence is essential for this role as there will be a requirement to travel between offices. \r\n \r\n\r\n
