Reporting directly to our CEO, this is a unique opportunity to shape and build our finance function at both an operational and strategic level. This role will play a pivotal part in our organisation's growth and development.
As our Finance Manager, you will lead our finance function, overseeing day-to-day financial operations and reporting. With a commitment to promoting robust financial control, you will design and implement new processes that align with the evolving needs of our charity. This is a new role for our organisation and the finance manager will support us with bringing the finance function inhouse and help shape its future.
You will also collaborate closely with our CEO and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to contribute to strategic initiatives supporting our mission and business growth.
