Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their team. Financial Planning and Analysis:
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics to senior management.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets.
- Provide variance analysis and recommendations to ensure financial goals are met.
Cash Flow Management:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise cash management.
- Identify and assess financial risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and industry trends.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/QBE)
- CIS/Project Management Experience
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
