Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.

Key

Responsibilities:


Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics to senior management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets.
  • Provide variance analysis and recommendations to ensure financial goals are met.

Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.

Cash Flow Management:
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise cash management.

Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess financial risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and industry trends.

Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.


Qualifications:
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/QBE)
  • CIS/Project Management Experience
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
