Finance Manager - Artlist - Norwich City Centre Office Based

We're Artlist - a leading creative technology company offering content creators powerful editing tools and over 1.3M professional digital assets.

We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our Norwich City Centre based team, looking after the finance-related activity of Artlist's UK operations.

In this varied role, you'll own all finance-related activity in Artlist UK, business partnering effectively with UK managers and Senior Leadership Team.

Coming in with a solid technical background earned either in practice or industry; you'll track and support on annual budgets, ensure financial efficiency, investigate discrepancies, deliver accurate monthly management accounts, and deliver amazing managerial & professional support to our Finance Assistant.

The role fits within a global finance structure, so you'll be working closely with them, providing guidance on local finance legislation, regulations and reporting requirements. You'll also gain exposure to the workings of an international finance operation.

This is an excellent role to broaden your finance skill-set and gain massive commercial exposure in a fast growing tech environment. Things can change, and priorities can shift, but we're looking for someone who is comfortable in an environment like that and can adapt quickly.

This is a full-time position; however, we are open to considering alternative working patterns and/or hours for the right candidate based on skills and experience.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with a strong technical background gained either in practice or industry.

You'll need hands-on technical experience preparing financial reports based on UK-GAAP, tracking and reporting global intercompany transactions, tracking multiple budgets, and providing guidance and support on financial matters to non-finance stakeholders.

There is a people management aspect to this role, as you'll manage our Finance Assistant. It's not essential that you've managed anyone before, but you are keen to step up and expand your leadership and people management skills.

Aside from the technical skills required; we're looking for someone who is a strong communicator, able to pivot quickly, and share their knowledge and learnings with others.
