- Manage Purchase Ledger Clerks
- Purchase Ledger transactions processed promptly and accurately.
- Direct Debit and other bank transactions processed promptly and accurately.
- Prepare bi-monthly Payment Runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Process monthly company credit card payments
- Process monthly phone bills
- Process Petty Cash transactions
- Record and track business rates
- Prepare Purchase Ledger Accruals
- Ad hoc reports for Finance Director
- Ad hoc support for Wider Finance team and business
- Ad hoc response to supplier queries
- Proven experience as an Purchase Ledger Supervisor or similar role.
- Solid understanding of purchase ledger functions and daily banking activities.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
