With a commitment to client success, we specialise in offering tailored Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) services.

Position Overview:

We are seeking IVA Advisors to join our team in Cheadle, Manchester. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the IVA process, offering personalised financial advice, and ensuring a positive and supportive experience for our clients.



  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial situations, debts, and goals.
  • Explain the benefits and implications of Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), providing clear and accurate information to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Evaluate clients' financial circumstances, assess eligibility for IVAs, and analyse the feasibility of proposed arrangements.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the IVA process, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions to challenges that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and compliance standards, ensuring all processes adhere to industry guidelines.


  • Strong understanding of Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) and debt solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

What We Offer:

In return for your experience, we offer a market-leading basic salary (£25,000 - £30,000) plus Bonus Package (c.£60,000 per year) plus weekly and mid-month incentives. Given the nature of the role, successful applicants should expect to work Monday-Thursday 9am - 7pm, Friday 10am - 2pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-3pm.
